The words were out of his mouth before he could think better of them. She took a breath and looked up to him, a small sparkle of hope lighting up her eyes. She looked back down, the shine gone, or hidden, Alexis couldn’t tell. “Lord James, even if you meant those words, I cannot just leave my castle, no one would allow it.”
“No one would know. At least, not at first,” he responded, leaning close to her.
“Oh, yes, no one would notice their Princess missing,” she retorted, then looked back to the ballroom. “Which reminds me, I have been gone quite a long while, my guests might be wondering where

Light bounced off of her dress as the pearls scattered about it kissed the moon’s light. Maizie looked as if she were glowing. He couldn’t help but steal glances at her when she was looking away. He didn’t mean to patronize her so, but her reactions made it fun whether it was her anger or her quick tongue that almost matched his own. She was clever with her questions, but her emotions ruled her mind. Manipulating her took almost no effort for Alexis as he pushed her towards the answers he needed. She hated nobles, just as he did. Whatever feeling James had made Maizie feel just seconds before, it was now replaced with irritation as she shot back, “And you think you are so respectful in your actions, Lord James?” Maizie waited for his apology. He either ignored her again or didn’t hear because he made no response as he turned the corner and walked out of sight, leaving Maizie to herself in the small garden block. With a sigh, she soon followed foot. She had spent time enough away from the ball and there was no use sitting waiting for a response from that rude noble.

“You assume I know of such things? How brave of you to follow a stranger through this maze with only assumptions. Such innocent naivety,” the woman spoke in a soft voice that both made Maizie lull and tense at the same time.
“The words you spoke earlier. . .” she responded uncertainly, her eyes tired.
A shifting beside her made Maizie look up to the woman. Had she just almost fallen asleep? The women was now looking up to the sky, her body leaned back into the chair. She smiled and repeated her words from earlier, a mere whisper,“Illuminate Shadows of the night, show the concord of the light.” Fro

Marco, who wasn’t participating in the conversation, was the first to notice Maizie as his eyes went wide and he almost dropped his last piece of chocolate. He stepped forward shyly and presented to her a blooming pink rose. Speaking up for him Chas explained, “While we were doing, erm, work in the garden today-” the code-word for training Chas often used, “-we came across this rose. He got it prepared and even put some perfume in the rose to make its scent stronger,” Chas said proudly. Maizie wished that Chas would practice fighting with her like he did Marco. Maizie could barely keep her hands to her sides as she and Vita approached the double doors that would lead them to the balcony overlooking the ballroom with grand marble stairs leading down on either side. And from there would be hundreds of people to talk and dance with. Maizie bit at her lower lip to keep herself from squealing with delight, excitement bubbling in her throat. Noticing this, Vita glanced sideways to her and said, “Do not do that, you will ruin your make-up.” Maizie immediately stopped and quietly apologized, taking a breath to calm herself. It was a moment

Alexis rode his chestnut Arabian hard but felt no remorse in it knowing Maddock was both up to the challenge and welcomed it. He was a strong horse and always loved a long sprint. Elizabeth’s horse, however, was not so fond of long runs. Eventually, to his dismay, Alexis had to slow down and wait for the two to catch up. Once Arabella was beside Maddock, the stallion huffed and jerked his head. Alexis looked to Elizabeth and raised his eyebrows, a grin on his face. (It's a picture of me on the Great Wall of China!!!) :thumb154999813: I can't often post my drawings, but when I do I love when people critique it even if it's bad because it just shows what I need to improve on. I love doing commissions as well and usually do them fairly quickly but am very sorry if I take a long time doing them. I'm not that good, but I love singing and am in choir. I'm also in theatre and basketball as well as other more-academic classes. English is my first language but I also know Chinese and Japanese as well as a little bit of French and Spanish.
Okay so first of all... Prices do vary depending on what it is you would like me to do. So yeah, I'm totally open to doing anything. I'm very flexible and don't ask for much at all. ^^ I do both drawings and literature!
Ooooooh let's look at some stamps!! Yeah. yeah? yeah!:thumb456100666:
Of course, I also love to draw and write though I'm still lacking in great skill but someday hope to be amazing at both. ^^ I'll also participate in challenges because they're always fun. I hope that you can tell me a little about yourself (or plural) as well as ask me any questions you may have and I will try to answer them to the best of my ability!
Last but not least for now, if I give you a llama or favourite something of yours, it's because I truly like your work or think you deserve a llama and not because I want one back, though if you do like my work enough to favourite or give me a llama it will be very much appreciated. Thank you very much for reading all of this and I hope (no, really, I do) you have a fantabulous day!

Yeah, I know, it's been a while again. I'll just go ahead and keep this short!
I'm super excited to share my writing with you guys, especially Lumina. This is a story I've been building upon for a couple of years and I'm stoked to be sharing it with all of you! I won't be posting drawings as much but I am still practicing my art which is frusterating because I know I'm not that good but I still love it. I've also started learning piano which is so fun to do, music is beautiful!
I have my own apartment now and while Chikfila still sucks balls, I've been able to meet a couple of very important people in my life because of it, so, I guess.

Okay so it's been.... over a year. A lot has happened and most of it good!
Dorm life was not all it came out to be. I mean it was fun, don't get me wrong, but like 89% of things, it was nothing like the movies. My first roommate was nice but.. kinda crazy. It was interesting, kinda unhealthy, and by February I was switching dorms. The funny thing is, the person I was switching dorms with was best friends with my roommate. And my new roommate? We met at a Chik-fil-a because he (who in trans) helped get me the job there (of which I will go into that hell in just a moment). So anyway, we were both dorm mate
